I co-founded Curry Strategic Solutions with my wife, Jessica Curry. With a strong background in career development and Learning and Development (L&D), I guide professionals in taking control of their careers and organizations to develop their most important asset, their people! As a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and an Organization Development Certified Professional (ODCP), I bring my expertise in leadership development to design practical strategies specific to your needs. 

My personal experience as a parent also informs my approach, as I understand the challenges of balancing work and family and the importance of creating realistic, achievable goals. Let's get to work! 

As the co-owner of Curry Strategic Solutions alongside my husband, Dwayne Curry, I bring my expertise as a Master Certified Life Coach (MCLS) from the Life Coach Institute in my approach 

to help women, parents, and blended families thrive.

 I am passionate about helping people find balance—whether it’s creating space for you to grow, navigating the challenges of blended family life, or building a small business. Drawing from my personal experiences as a single mom and stepmom, I offer one-on-one coaching tailored to your unique journey and I also provide support for women entrepreneurs, from social media setup to business idea generation and website design.
